Introduction

The centre is an Early Education and Training Centre funded by Social Welfare Department and governed by Po Leung Kuk. Since 2014, the centre began to provide professional training for children with special needs; our support and coordination help the parents to accept, understand, take care of and train their children with learning difficulties and impaired development. Our objective is to nurture the children’s holistic development and maximize their learning potential, which will help lay a better foundation for the children’s future education and development.
